Shipping policy
When We Ship
Every issue of The Kindest Post ships by the 5th of each month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your issue is on its way. New subscribers will receive the current month's issue regardless of when they subscribe. As long as you subscribe before we ship on the 5th, your issue will be included in that month's mailing. Subscribers who join after the 5th will receive a copy of the current issue in a separate mailing.
How We Ship
All issues are sent via USPS stamped mail. Because we are a small independent business that ships by hand, we do not provide tracking numbers. Most issues arrive within 7 to 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, depending on your location within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is included in the price of your subscription and your single issue purchase. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time The Kindest Post ships to United States addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future and will announce it when it becomes available.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address please contact us at hello@thekindestpost.com before the 1st of the month. We cannot redirect issues that have already been shipped to an outdated address.
Lost or Damaged Issues
We package every issue with care, but occasionally things get lost or damaged in transit. If your issue has not arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out at hello@thekindestpost.com and we will make it right.
Holiday Delays
USPS delivery times may be longer during major holidays. If we anticipate a delay we will communicate it to subscribers in advance.
