Subscription Overview
The Kindest Post offers a monthly subscription that delivers a curated physical issue to your mailbox each month. Each issue includes original serialized fiction, a curated playlist, a recipe, a journal prompt, a coloring page, an art print, and a sticker, all handmade and assembled by hand.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your billing date is established on the date of your original purchase and renews on that same date each month. You will be charged the current subscription price at the start of each billing cycle. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no notice required. To cancel, log into your account at thekindestpost.com and manage your subscription from your account page, or contact us directly at hello@thekindestpost.com and we will cancel it for you promptly. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.
Refunds
If you cancel your subscription before your current issue has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund of that month's charge. Letters are considered shipped when a shipping confirmation email has been sent to you. As a small independent business we send all issues via USPS stamped mail without tracking. If your issue has not arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Single Issue Purchases
Single issue purchases are final sale once the issue has shipped. If you have purchased a single issue and need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@thekindestpost.com before your issue ships and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
Address Changes
It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address current. To update your address, log into your account or contact us at hello@thekindestpost.com before your issue ships. We are not responsible for issues delivered to an outdated address provided at the time of shipment.

We send all issues via USPS stamped mail. You won't receive a tracking number but you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your issue is on its way. Most issues arrive within 7 to 10 business days of that email.
